ICYEA India,is a multiaith, multi ethnic, multi- cultural and secular organization, that provides opportunities for inter-cultural learning through, International voluntary work .
ICJA volunteer exchange worldwide provides practical peace work through international encounters and intercultural education and promotes socio-political commitment.
The main objectives of this programme are: to encourage youth mobility among young participants, to promote young people’s active citizenship,
ICYEA – India programs are initiatives that bring together young people from different countries and cultural backgrounds to promote cultural understanding, cooperation, and personal development. Through our programs we provide opportunities for participants to engage in a range of activities, such as workshops, discussions, community service, and cultural immersion experiences. The primary goals of inter-cultural youth exchange programs include fostering mutual respect and tolerance, developing intercultural communication and leadership skills, promoting global citizenship, and building lasting friendships among participants.

Dr. D Srinivasan is an esteemed scholar, academician, public servant and social reformer.He has been instrumental in shaping our policies and programmes as the organisation grows. As a prolific educator, brings a wealth of experience to the ICYEA -India He is a widely travelled individual, and brings a unique global perspective, steeped in Indian socio-cultural values, which is integral to fulfilling the vision of an Organisation.
Dr. Srinivasan is a gold medallist from Mysore University, in B.Sc. (Hons) Physics as well as M.Sc. (Hons) Physics. He holds several degrees including an MA in Public Administration and Sociology, (Delhi University), MBA (Delhi University), PhD in Sociology Delhi University through IIT Delhi and PhD in Sociology, JNU, Delhi.
He served in several positions including Assistant/Deputy Commissioner Delhi, Assam, Meghalaya, Joint Secretary & additional Secretary (Govt. of India) Ministry of Defence and Water Resources. Secretary (Govt. of India), Ministry of Defence/Defence Production. Chairman / Member of Selection Panel for UPSC and other Specialised Services (2005-07).
He was called upon by the Govt. of India to setup the North East Hill University (NEHU) Shillong, and Sikkim Central University and served as founder Vice Chancellor. He serves as the Advisor to Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and consultant to Govt. of Karnataka.
Mr. Ravinder Singh is highly motivated and skilled individual who played a crucial role in fostering international cooperation and understanding among young people.
He has been Collaborating with international organizations, NGOs, Government bodies, and educational institutions to develop partnerships that support youth-led initiatives and projects.
Sheela Douglas is a dedicated and passionate Program Manager with extensive experience for last 15yrs in managing IVS-International Voluntary Service( Inter-cultural youth exchange) programs. She possesses a strong commitment to promoting cultural understanding and facilitating meaningful experiences for young individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Rini is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in fundraising, sales, and marketing. Armed with an MBA in Sales and Marketing, She bring a unique blend of strategic thinking, business acumen, and relationship-building skills to their role as the Head of CSR and Global Strategic Alliances .
Aarti Chawla is well know Trainer and Yoga Teacher With a focus on holistic well-being .Aarti has empowered countless individuals to achieve remarkable results in areas such as health, relationships and career. Additionally, she provides German ,French and Japanese language instruction tailored to the needs of students of all ages and backgrounds.
Kirandeep has been participant on European volunteer Service programme . She has been encouraging and preparing young people to take part in cultural Exchange / Volunteer work programs abroad and at Local level .

At the heart of Agenda 2030 are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The goals cover areas in which all people and countries need to take action. The aim is to achieve them together by 2030.
